• Managing staff and vendors responsible for cleaning, security, supplies, etc.
• Quality control and maintenance
• Ensuring the regular housekeeping, maintenance of the rooms
• Being up to date about the activities and events happening in the hostel and around the city
• Ensuring that Guests have a great time and convert their happiness into great reviews
